PNT的鋰電池極片分切機(jī)，因在100m/min的速度時(shí)也沒震動(dòng)，使用2~8Kgf以下的低張力下，可保障穩(wěn)定地分切工作，是最適合進(jìn)行極片分切的設(shè)備。在分切機(jī)上可配套在線檢測(cè)機(jī)和高速自動(dòng)標(biāo)簽機(jī)。 (速度 : 60m/min/±25mm).分切時(shí)的毛刺僅10微米以內(nèi)，也可適用對(duì)沒涂布的部分分切。

PNT's battery slitter is suitable for electrode coated metal foil machining.
Max 670mm of foil width is available and 2 ~ 8Kgf of tension is applicable at the Max speed of 80m/min.
Only little vibration is generated during even high speed operation.
When slitting, burr can be maintained within 10 micron. Especially, pnt has knowhow for slitting non-coated part.
In addition, vision & high speed label System (Speed : 60m/min/±25mm) can be installed with this slitting machine, according to customer requests.
